Session 2 of Rolfing today was the the foots turn - apparently my knee is "hyper extended" That is I hold in the locked position (compare with reiki , knees always soft) which means all muscles above are really tight. Homework is trying to push heel out whilst curling toes and then bending knees slightly ummm!
