Managed to swim 32 X 25m lengths of breast stroke with Tony in 21.5 minutes, not quite our personal best but Tony was doing his new breast stroke, I'm still doing 19 strokes per length at The Frank Lee Centre . 8:50:31 PM    comment []

Really weird thing happened today. I was feeling kinda down a bit today, So I started reading the TA Today book, first time in ages, Analysing myself under Discounting/passive behaviour/doing nothing – seemed to fit me . When the phone goes and who is it but Peter who I met on the TA101 course. First time he has ever called me. Is that weird or what! 8:42:49 PM    comment []
