The "Potential" columns are particularly disappointing - are we going to have to demolish the entire housing stock if we want to get anywhere above a minor improvement? Will have to compare it with the HIP for St. Thomas's Square when I get that done (although I haven't decided whether to get it done now or wait till the current tenants leave). The HIP cost £299+VAT with Simply HIP, they subcontracted out the EPC to SavaBX who in turn subcontracted it out to GreenLife Solutions Ltd! the company Shaun the surveyor runs.
